Let’s enjoy SUP (Stand Up Paddle board) on the crystal-clear waters of Amami. With instructions from our experienced guide, you’ll practice and soon be able to stand up and paddle. We offer a full experience of the subtropical sea!
A guide will bring the SUP to your location and select the best sea based on the day’s conditions, so you don’t have to worry about transportation. Plus, all necessary equipment is included in the tour fee, making it easy to join.

Let’s practice paddle techniques.
The instructor will give you tips to paddle comfortably. You can also do snorkeling during the paddling trip.
A simple changing room will be provided, so please change and then return to the hotel.

Additional info
- If the forecast predicts winds of 5 meters or more, the tour will either be free canceled or held at the mangrove area. You can choose in advance and will be notified accordingly.
- For safety reasons, children under 10 years old cannot join.
- Participants are not allowed to remove their life jackets at any time during the tour, even when snorkeling.
- Please use reef-safe sunscreen. Avoid sunscreens containing oxybenzone or octocrylene, as they can damage coral reefs.
FAQ
It is conducted in rainy weather. However, if heavy rain or various warnings are issued, we will assess the situation and there may be cases where it is canceled.
Even non-swimmers can participate by wearing a life jacket during the tour. However, we kindly ask individuals who are afraid of water or have experienced panic in water in the past to refrain from participating.
The tour will be conducted in the range of 1~5 meters in depth.
