2023 was a year filled with valuable lessons for me, especially in embarking on entrepreneurship. I appreciate the support and encouragement from many individuals.
As I look forward to 2024, it is going to be another year of challenges. I plan to improve existing tours and develop new tours, including Kinsakubaru National Forest tour, snorkeling tour, trekking tour, and new cultural experiences. When I think back inquiries received in 2023, I’ve got many requests for Kinsakubaru and snorkeling tour. For trekking, I am working on a winter-exclusive tour to explore deep into the mountains and see giant fig tree. The current challenge of cultural experiences, I plan to expand the offerings more of Amami’s traditional and culinary culture to international tourists. Currently, interpretative guide includes mud-dyeing experiences and tours of brown sugar shochu distilleries.
I look forward to cooperating with everyone to make Amami Oshima an even more fascinating destination this year.

新年あけましておめでとうございます。
今年も皆様にとって良い一年になることをお祈りしています。
2023年は多くの学びの年でした。起業にあたり多くの方々の支えや応援をいただいたこと、改めて感謝申し上げます。
さて、私にとっては2024年も挑戦の一年になります。今までのツアーのブラッシュアップと新たなツアーの開発に力を入れます。具体的には、金作原国有林、シュノーケリング、トレッキングツアーそして、新たな文化体験ツアーです。2023年を振り返ると、金作原ツアーやシュノーケリングツアーのお問い合わせを多くいただいたことから、これらについてはご要望にお応えできるようにツアーを実施していきます。トレッキングについては、冬季限定のツアーにはなりますが、山奥の大木を見にいくツアーを開発中です。そして、現状の課題である文化体験ツアーも今年は数を増やしていければと考えています。現在は泥染体験や黒糖焼酎の蔵見学などの通訳案内を行っております。しかし、奄美大島には他にもたくさんの伝統文化や食文化があり、それらを海外のお客様にも楽しんでいただきたく、ツアーを開発中です。
今年皆様と協力し合って奄美大島を素敵なディスティネーションにしていければと思います。
